Each soft, gelatin-free capsule provides 268mg (400iu) of natural-source vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol, held in an oil base to aid absorption. Natural vitamin E is recognised for its higher biological activity and better absorption and retention than the synthetic form, and vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
