Bio-Fish Oil is a natural lemon-flavoured omega-3 supplement in easy-to-take capsules. Each capsule provides 500mg of purified fish oil delivering 90mg EPA and 60mg DHA in natural triglyceride form.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, while DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (with a daily intake of 250mg DHA). The oil is screened for PCBs, lead and mercury. Ingredients: fish oil, fish gelatine capsule shell, glycerol, purified water and lemon flavour.
Directions: adults take five capsules daily; children aged four and over take two to three capsules daily, or as directed. Gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, yeast-free and sugar-free.
