This liquid oil is cold-pressed exclusively from black cumin (Nigella sativa) seeds without chemical extraction, and bottled in amber glass to help protect it from oxidation. It is free from salt, sugar, gluten, dairy, gelatine, yeast, soya and nuts, with no artificial colours, preservatives or flavourings, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
- Adults and children over 12: one teaspoon (5ml) daily, or used in salad dressing or applied to skin and hair
