Carnozin tablets provide a zinc carnosine complex — L-carnosine and zinc sulphate — delivering 75mg per tablet.
Other ingredients include dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, oil of peppermint and silicon dioxide. The tablets are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, with a suggested intake of one to two tablets daily, with or after food.
