These vegan capsules provide a high-strength 250mg dose of vitamin B3, combining both the nicotinic acid and nicotinamide forms in one formula. Vitamin B3 (niacin) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Free from gluten, wheat, lactose, added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives and artificial colourings, and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Suggested use: take one capsule once or twice daily with food.
