Natures Aid Fish Oil 1000mg

Each capsule supplies 1000mg of molecularly distilled fish oil, typically providing around 330mg of omega-3 fatty acids (approximately 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA), together with 5mg of natural source vitamin E. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, while vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients: fish oil, bovine gelatin, glycerine, natural source vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol, soya bean oil).

Directions: take 1 to 3 capsules per day with food. Free from artificial colours and flavours, gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, lactose, nuts, salt, sugar and starch.
