Each white oval tablet delivers 800mg of ‘free’ (pure) plant sterols, containing up to 80% beta-sitosterols. Plant sterols are structurally similar to cholesterol, and as part of a varied and balanced diet they contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels by limiting how much is re-absorbed from the gut.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Take one to three tablets daily.
