Each soft capsule delivers 700mg of omega-3 per capsule, comprising 355mg EPA and 237mg DHA, from concentrated fish body oil, a higher-strength formulation than many standard 1000mg fish oils. Mixed tocopherols (vitamin E) are included as a natural antioxidant.
The capsule disintegrates in under 30 minutes. Take 1 to 3 capsules daily. Please note it contains fish.
