Each coated tablet provides 500mg of turmeric root extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids, equivalent to 20,000mg of turmeric spice and delivering 475mg of curcuminoids per daily dose. The high standardisation means a single tablet does the work of a large amount of culinary turmeric.
