Lamberts Vitamins D3 and K2 provides 1000iu (25ug) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol alongside 90ug of vitamin K2 in the menaquinone (MK-7) form. The two nutrients are combined in small, easy-to-swallow capsules that are suitable for vegetarians.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium, and vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Supplied as 60 capsules.
Directions: take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
