Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us stating your intention to cancel.
We recommend contacting us via our contact page, by email at info@pumpernickel-online.co.uk, or by phone.
- Unopened items in original, sealed packaging
- Items in resalable condition with all labels attached
- Faulty or damaged items (please include photos)
- Incorrect items sent in error
- Opened vitamins, supplements or perishable goods
- Items with broken seals for health and hygiene reasons
- Products past their use-by date
- Items returned without prior authorisation
Contact us first
Email or call us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a returns reference number.
Pack securely
Use the original packaging where possible. Include your returns reference number inside the parcel.
Post your return
Send to our returns address using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
Receive your refund
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
Original delivery charges are refunded if returning due to fault or error on our part.
For change-of-mind returns, standard delivery costs are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
