Each capsule contains 400mg of gymnema sylvestre leaf powder in a vegan hypromellose shell. Gymnema sylvestre is a climbing shrub native to India and tropical Africa, and its leaves have a long history of use within Ayurvedic herbal practice.
The suggested use is one capsule before each of the two largest meals of the day. The capsules contain no animal-derived ingredients, making the pack suitable for vegans as well as vegetarians. Supplied in a pot of 100 capsules.
