Lifeplan’s Zinc Citrate tablets provide 15mg of elemental zinc per tablet — 150% of the NRV — in citrate form, one of the more readily absorbed forms of zinc.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. It also contributes to normal DNA synthesis, normal fertility and reproduction, and the maintenance of normal bones.
