These capsules provide hydrolysed collagen peptides spanning six collagen types (I, II, III, IV, V and X), drawn from a mix of grass-fed beef, wild-caught cod, free-range chicken and eggshell membrane. Papain, a digestive enzyme derived from papaya, is included alongside the collagen. The capsules are flavourless and free from added sugar, dairy, gluten, soy and artificial ingredients.
Each pack contains 120 capsules; the suggested intake is four capsules daily with water. A 240-count size is also available for a longer-term routine.
