Acidophilus Plus provides a blend of lactobacilli bacteria — L. acidophilus, L. casei casei and L. rhamnosus — with each capsule contributing 2 billion organisms.
The formula uses a DR Caps delayed-release capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and gellan gum) intended to help the culture pass through stomach acid before release. The product comes from a non-dairy source, may contain traces of soya, and is suitable for vegetarians.
- Suggested use: one capsule two to four times daily, taken with food.
