NaturesPlus HEMA-PLEX is a comprehensive high-strength iron formula providing 43mg of iron per capsule, together with vitamin C, B vitamins and supporting minerals.

Iron contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation, normal oxygen transport, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, while copper contributes to normal iron transport within the body.

Vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation, while riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism and the maintenance of normal red blood cells.

HEMA-PLEX provides iron from a combination of ferrous fumarate and iron bisglycinate. The formula combines this high-strength iron dose with vitamin C and a broad range of supporting nutrients in a single daily capsule.
