Hubner Iron Vital Liquid

Iron VITAL F is a fruity-tasting liquid supplying iron in its bivalent form, which the body can absorb readily. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal cognitive function, and to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

Alcohol-free, lactose-free and gluten-free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans, with no preservatives added. It’s often chosen at times when iron needs are higher, such as during pregnancy, breastfeeding or heavy periods — speak to your GP or pharmacist before use if this applies to you, or if you’re already taking other medication.

Adults take 10ml once or twice daily, ideally away from mealtimes for best absorption. 250ml bottle.
