Lifeplan’s Multivitamins + Iron is a straightforward one-a-day formula covering vitamins A to E, including the full B-complex, alongside iron as ferrous sulphate. Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and to the normal function of the immune system.
Also included are folic acid, potassium iodide and biotin, with microcrystalline cellulose as the bulking agent. The tablets are suitable for vegetarians.
Each pack contains 90 tablets, roughly three months’ supply at the standard dose of one tablet a day, taken with food and a drink.
