Each capsule contains myo-inositol alongside chromium picolinate, folic acid and vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), in a vegan HPMC capsule shell. Two capsules provide a 1000mg daily dose of myo-inositol, giving a two-month supply per pack of 120 capsules.
