Osteoguard is an all-in-one bone health formula in white oval coated tablets, each providing 500mg calcium, 125mg magnesium, 5µg (200iu) vitamin D3, 1.5mg boron and 38µg vitamin K1, using fine-grade minerals for absorption. Both calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. One tablet daily suits most diets, while two daily is preferable for those with little dairy or of menopausal age. As it contains vitamin K, anyone taking anticoagulants should seek medical advice first.
