Each tablet provides 200mg of L-theanine, an amino acid naturally found in green tea, together with a bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose) and a glazing agent (PVP). Free from yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy, soya and tree nuts, the tablets are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
