Each capsule provides 200mg of L-theanine, an amino acid derived from green tea extract, with up to 5mg of naturally occurring EGCG. The hard-shell vegetarian and vegan capsule uses an HPMC shell with rice flour, and disintegrates in under 30 minutes.
Intended for adults aged 18 and over. Take one capsule daily with a meal rather than on an empty stomach.
