The traditional herbal formula draws on oat (Avena sativa), hops, passionflower and valerian. Tablet form is uncommon in the UK, where the 25ml drops are the more widely stocked format.

A homeopathic medicinal product supplied as 125 chewable tablets, with Arnica montana 6X as the active ingredient. Other ingredients include lactose, sucrose, acacia and hydrogenated vegetable oils. Used within the homeopathic tradition; tablets are chewed or sucked. Always read the label.

An amino acid supplement providing 50 vegetable capsules of DLPA (DL-phenylalanine) at 500mg each, a free-form blend of the L- and D- forms of phenylalanine. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, non-GMO, and free from gluten and dairy. Usual intake is one or two capsules daily.
