Each BerryWell capsule provides 500mg of black elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra), equivalent to 3000mg of fresh European elderberries, standardised to 20mg of flavonoids. The berries are dark purple and sourced from European growers.
The formula is boosted with 80mg of vitamin C and 10mg of zinc, both of which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
The pack contains 60 capsules. Take one capsule daily with food, ideally with a little liquid.
