Lifeplan Lecithin capsules are made from GM-free soya beans, with the lecithin extracted at low temperatures from unrefined soya bean oil to help preserve its nutritional value. Each capsule provides 1200mg of soya lecithin, of which 600mg is phospholipids.

The formula is free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives, and the pack contains 90 capsules.

Take one or two capsules daily, preferably with a little liquid.
