Lifeplan’s Lion’s Mane capsules use a concentrated 5:1 extract of Hericium erinaceus, standardised to 30% polysaccharides, the compounds this distinctive shaggy mushroom is best known for. It has a long history of use in Eastern culinary and herbal traditions.
Each vegetarian capsule (HPMC shell) also contains maltodextrin, brown rice flour and organic rice concentrate as a flow aid, with nothing else added. The pack of 60 capsules gives roughly a month’s supply at the standard dose.
Take one to two capsules a day, with food and a drink.
