Viridian High Potency Magnesium Bisglycinate provides a pure, fully reacted form of magnesium in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine.

A daily serving of two capsules provides 200mg of elemental magnesium. No other forms of magnesium are included in the formulation.

Each capsule therefore provides 100mg of elemental magnesium. Two capsules contain a total of approximately 1668mg magnesium bisglycinate, from which the 200mg of elemental magnesium is supplied.

Pure magnesium bisglycinate

In magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. Viridian describes this formulation as fully reacted, meaning the magnesium is provided entirely in the bisglycinate form rather than being blended with other forms of magnesium.

The formulation contains no magnesium oxide or other additional magnesium compounds.
