Vegan capsules each providing 2,000 fibrinolytic units (FUs) of nattokinase, an enzyme derived from natto (fermented non-GMO soybeans) produced by Bacillus subtilis, with the vitamin K removed. Soy-based and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Take one capsule daily between meals. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or alongside anticoagulant supplement.
