Each Solgar softgel provides natural-source vitamin E at 268mg (400 IU), supplied as d-alpha tocopherol alongside the full spread of mixed tocopherols (d-beta, d-gamma and d-delta). Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
The softgel shell is gelatin-based with vegetable glycerin, and the vitamin E is carried in safflower oil.
The pack contains 50 softgels. Take one softgel daily, preferably with a meal.
