Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil Liquid blends pure cod (fish) liver oil (51%) with fish oil (49%). Each 5ml provides 4585mg of this blend, delivering around 1190mg of omega-3 fatty acids (367mg EPA, 413mg DHA), along with vitamin A (600µg) and vitamin D (5µg).
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of normal bones. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, and EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
Adults and children over 5 take 10ml daily; children 1–5 take 5ml daily.
