Ultimate Greens & Berries provides 1200mg of food extracts per two-capsule serving, blending a greens mix (spirulina, wheatgrass, barley grass, chlorella and nettle), a fruit and berry blend (apple, acerola cherry, bilberry, blueberry and cranberry), a vegetable blend (carrot, beetroot, tomato, parsley, spinach and kale) and a plant bio-active enzyme blend.
