Pregnancy Complete brings together the nutrients commonly considered during pregnancy planning and pregnancy itself: iron, magnesium, a full B-complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12), vitamin C and folate, alongside choline and inositol.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, iron contributes to normal cognitive function, and the B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism; vitamin C and vitamin D also contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
