Quest’s Kyolic Garlic tablets use aged garlic extract made from organically grown garlic cloves, cold-aged for around 20 months to develop water- and oil-soluble sulphur compounds, including S-allyl cysteine and S-allyl mercaptocysteine.
The ageing process is designed to produce an odourless tablet at 600mg, avoiding the smell and after-taste associated with raw garlic supplements. Kyolic is a long-established Japanese brand, distributed in the UK by Quest.
