Shot-O-B12 Lozenges provide 5000mcg vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) per lozenge in a wild berry flavour, designed to dissolve in the mouth for absorption. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Gluten-free, free from artificial colours and preservatives, and free from yeast, wheat, soya and dairy allergens. Adults take 1 lozenge daily, not exceeding the stated dose.
