Spatone Original is a naturally sourced liquid iron food supplement, drawn from 100% natural iron-rich water collected in the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales. It comes as single-serve 20ml sachets, with 14 sachets per pack.
Each sachet provides 5mg of iron (Fe2+), which is 36% of the Nutrient Reference Value. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, and to the normal function of the immune system.
Directions: adults and children over 2 years take one sachet daily. Tear open the sachet and drink the contents directly, or mix with juice or water to taste. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
