This ginger juice is pressed with no added water and flash pasteurised to preserve its sharp, peppery flavour. One 237ml bottle yields roughly 10 to 20 shots, depending on strength preferred, and can be diluted or added to drinks and cooking.
Refrigerate after opening and use within two months.
