This is a finely milled psyllium husk powder, a soluble fibre, packed in a plastic-free, home-compostable pouch. It’s Soil Association certified organic and Vegan Society certified.
Stir one teaspoon into a full glass of water, juice or a smoothie; it can also be added to baking. The 200g pouch doesn’t need refrigeration.
