Each Lifeplan Lutein capsule provides 15mg of lutein and 7mg of zeaxanthin, carotenoids derived from marigold extract (10% lutein), which also contains dicalcium phosphate and maltodextrin.
The capsules include a bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), a vegetarian capsule shell and anti-caking agents, and are suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Take one capsule daily with a meal. Each pack contains 30 capsules.
