Each tablet provides 1,875mg of the proprietary marine-plant extract LithoLexal and 10mg of Vercilexal (a cartilage-specific proteoglycan complex), together with manganese and vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and manganese contributes to normal formation of connective tissue.
Take two tablets daily — one in the morning and one in the evening — with water after food. Pack of 60 tablets; contains fish.
